FAQ On the reopening of Ventures Park
What is the purpose of the pre-screening?
It helps establish a baseline risk levels for everyone who would be working from the Park. It also gives you more visibility on your personal health and risk levels. Risk levels are linked to the likelihood of contracting COVID 19 and also recovery outcomes
How long would the pre-screening take?
20 - 30 mins
What are the tests that would be done during the pre-screening?
- Blood sugar test
- Blood pressure check
- Cholesterol test
- Kidney Function test
- Liver function test
- Blood oxygen saturation
- AI-Assisted X-Ray (if recommended)
Is the pre-screening mandatory?
Yes. It would help us establish a baseline for everyone working at the Park
Do I have to do all the tests during the pre-screening?
No. An investigative diagnosis (Q&A session) with the medical personnel would highlight what you need. You can also indicate which tests you are comfortable with.
Would my health records be confidential?
Absolutely. mDaas is a medical diagnostic company and they are governed by a code of conduct that includes confidentiality.
Would blood samples be used for the screening?
Yes. Blood samples would be used during the pre-screening. But this is dependent on the investigative diagnosis with the medical personnel, and the tests agreed to.Blood samples would not be used for daily monitoring. This would be a non-invasive procedure.
Would I be required to pay for these testing?
No. Ventures Park has covered the necessary arrangements.
Can I be tested for COVID 19?
We do not have the test kits for COVID 19. We can assist to fast track a test for you if you need one.
Would I be able to receive guests at the Park?
Not during the first phase of the reopening. The restrictions would be reviewed weekly and eased as necessary.
Do I have to be prescreened now even if I will be resuming next month?
You can get screened later. But, we advise that you schedule yours now. This early screening would be a more elaborate set up with more diagnostics options. After the first week, the screening would be scaled back with the removal of the AI-Assisted X-Ray.
How long would the daily screening take?
1 - 2 mins
What other safety measures are deployed at the Park?
- Provision of facemasks
- Routine sanitization of surfaces and high touch areas.
- Spaced seating arrangements to ensure social distancing.
- The utilization of a dedicated seating system.
- Cleansing and disinfecting the HVAC system
- Temporary closure of the kitchenette
- Temporary closure of the cafeteria and cafe
If the kitchenette is closed, where can I have my lunch?
You can have your lunch in any of the outdoor lounges. Please ensure social distancing, and use the trash cans.
Do I have to wear a face mask all the time at the Park?
It depends. If you are working in a shared space, we recommend that you wear one. If you are working from a private office, you may not need to wear one. We also recommend that you wear one when you are interacting with anyone.
Are there any other changes in operations I should know about?
Yes. For the first phase of the reopening, the Park would operate from 9 am - 4 pm. The Park would also only be opened on Monday - Fridays. We would be restricting the meeting room usage to a headcount of 3, to ensure adequate spacing. You can book for it using the Skedda app as always. We would be keeping a control on the number of people permitted at the Park at any given time so you would see fewer people at the Park.
What if I want to add a new team member in June would they be able to get pre-screened?
Yes. A medical personnel would be available for a duration to accommodate late testing.
What if I am unable to resume immediately, what happens to my subscription?
Your subscription would remain paused for 4 weeks, post reopening of the Park. It would resume on your return.
